If the high ropes courses close shortly after your enrolment due to weather conditions and safety reasons, you will receive a voucher for your next park visit in better weather conditions acording to the following key:
Closure within the first hour – voucher worth 100% of the ticket price.
Closure after the first hour – voucher worth 50% of the ticket price.
Childcare key:
Under 10 years: Accompanied (max. 2 children).
From 10 years: With supervision (an adult can accompany up to 6 children from the ground).
From the age of 16: Alone, but with written consent from parents/guardians.
Group supervision key:
For children aged 10-15, one adult may accompany up to 10 children - supervision from the ground is sufficient here, without climbing along. From the age of 16, all courses may be used without a supervisor.
With the Achensee guest card we offer you a discount of € 2 .-on the daily prices in the high ropes courses!
For uninvolved spectators, admission to the climbing forest is free of charge.
